The company card
Where the portfolio list answers "which customers need attention", the company card's «AML-risiko» ("AML risk") tab answers "what is going on with this one" — the class on record, the services it covers, the cycle that is running, the open alerts and the whole history, on one screen.
The «AML-risiko» tab
The company card has an «AML-risiko» tab that gathers the whole risk picture for one company in one place. It appears when risk classification is switched on for the instance and the company's template carries «Skal risikovurderes?» ("is to be risk-assessed"). Its content is read from the same source as the detail panel in the portfolio list, so the tab and the panel can never show different numbers, plus what belongs to the single company: the service register, the periodic status and the actions.
The top line and the TJENESTER strip
The top line holds the «Klassifisert» pill with its score and «Endret <dato> · <navn> · syklus <id>», a red «Forsterket» chip when the class is Høy, and the TJENESTER strip: one chip per registered service, by short name, with the full name and «siden <dato>» on hover — plus orange warning chips for uncovered service areas, meaning active engagements outside the risk-assessed services («— aktivitet utenfor de risikovurderte tjenesteområdene»). The service register is the service selection from the last concluded cycle, dated with that cycle's conclusion date, and uncovered areas are display-only in this version.
A separate «Foreløpig klassifisering» ("provisional classification") block appears at the top only when no cycle is running and the company has open alerts, so the provisional picture always has exactly one source on the tab.
The Aktiv syklus card
The Aktiv syklus ("active cycle") card is where the work starts, and it has five states:
No class, no cycle
The link «Start kundetiltak» into the wizard.
Classified, nothing running
The «Åpne syklus» menu, with the periodic status underneath: orange as the deadline nears, red once it has passed.
A cycle in progress
Trigger chip, the «Vurder syklusen» button, the provisional widget, and a blocking note where alerts are open.
Waiting for a decision
The approver, and «Trekk tilbake».
Withdrawn
A blue note that the cycle has been reopened for editing.
The provisional widget inside an active cycle shows the live score including the adjustment, a dashed class pill, and a class band across the score scale built from the published model's classes — equally wide bands with the threshold values printed on them. Its score-basis popover groups alert-driven lines under «Fra åpne varsler», carries the row «Manuell justering (rådgiver)» and adds a «Krever HVA» hint where the class would change — HVA being the hvitvaskingsansvarlig, the money-laundering compliance officer who has to approve such a change. Triggered control measures are listed below it.
Starting a periodic review or an offboarding is confirmed first («Periodisk gjennomgang … Vil du åpne den nå?» and «Avslutt kundeforhold … oppbevaringsplikt (5 år) …»); an event cycle is created directly, and a manual reassessment goes through the intake dialog. Each one ends in its own toast — «Periodisk gjennomgang åpnet», «Hendelses-syklus åpnet», «Manuell syklus åpnet», «Offboarding-syklus åpnet». The triggers themselves are described under Ongoing monitoring.
Alerts, history and enhanced monitoring
- The Varsler card lists open alerts with «Vis detaljer» and «Lukk varsel ›», over a collapsible list of closed ones with their outcome badges. Both actions are described under Ongoing monitoring.
- The Historikk card is a table of Trigger / Periode / Klasse / Lukket av, with «Vis konklusjon» per concluded cycle. Model changes are woven in chronologically — «Modellversjon oppdatert vN → vX · dato · av hvem» — from the re-freeze action in the kundetiltak wizard.
- «Forsterket løpende overvåking» ("enhanced ongoing monitoring") sits at the bottom when the class on record is Høy: «Kunden følges opp med forsterkede kontrolltiltak i den løpende overvåkingen.» The card is the whole regime surface — see Ongoing monitoring.
A cycle has no name. Nowhere in the system does a cycle carry one: it has an internal id, a trigger, a status and an opening date. So every surface composes its label instead — «Periodisk · åpnet 1. juni 2026» — rather than showing the id. That covers the «Aktiv syklus» chip on this tab, the history table, the conclusion snapshot and the list's detail panel. The id is not gone: it is the hover text on each of those surfaces, because it is the one handle support has for finding a cycle again.
Where the rest of this work lives
This page covers one company's tab. The list it complements, and the flows the tab starts, are documented next door.
Risk classification
The portfolio list: the KPI strip, the table and its 29 columns, both filter surfaces, and the detail panel that reads from the same source as this tab.
OperationsOngoing monitoring
The alert deep-dive and «Lukk varsel», the cycles PER, HND, MAN and OFF, the «Vurder syklusen» workspace, the approval flow, and enhanced ongoing monitoring.
